We all have a favorite restaurant, a unique spot that takes us on a journey. However, when it comes to growing, premium establishments face the limitations of traditional platforms.

With her experience in opening high-end restaurants in France and internationally, Alicia Vegezzi decided to change the game. Together with her team, she founded Bouchées Doubles in 2025, the first platform dedicated to high-potential gastronomic concepts, connecting visionary restaurateurs with ambitious investors.

Her vision? To facilitate the development of exceptional restaurants by providing them with the resources and partners suited to their growth, whether through franchising or ownership.

Supported by Riccardo Giraudi, a renowned culinary entrepreneur, Bouchées Doubles has become the essential accelerator for lifestyle concepts: restaurants, bars, hotels, and entertainment.
