Alicia and her team went full throttle by creating “Bouchées Doubles,” the very first platform connecting promising concepts with ambitious investors, whether for franchise or independent expansion.

A goal: to facilitate the development of premium projects by enabling each brand to find the right partners to match its ambitions, while highlighting the unique potential of their concept.

Supported by Riccardo Giraudi, a culinary entrepreneur with multiple successes, Bouchées Doubles is the accelerator for lifestyle concepts: restaurants, hotels, and entertainment.

Alicia has assembled a panel of experts to provide comprehensive and personalized support to restaurateurs who want to showcase their concept and talent to the world.

Since 2000, Riccardo Giraudi has transformed the family business by launching the Beefbar brand, dedicated to exceptional meats.

He has developed around forty unique establishments and manages 15 culinary brands worldwide, from Monaco to Paris, London, Milan, and Dubai.

As the patron of Bouchées Doubles, he brings his expertise to ambitious and innovative restaurant projects.
